How often do you restock?
Our buyers work very hard to get them restock in 2 weeks, however some items may take longer. Therefore, when you see something you like, ACT FAST. 

How long does it take for you to ship out my order?
All purchases are shipped via USPS. We shipped out orders within 1 business day upon payment confirmed. A shipping confirmation with tracking number(s) is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.                

What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept return*/exchanges within 7 days for factory defective issues only. We do NOT accept any return* or exchange after the 7 days. Please contact us to request an RMA # before shipping the item back to us, any item that is shipped back without an RMA # will NOT be processed and refunded.

*PLEASE NOTE: The initial shipping and handling charges (10% of the item sale price) are non-refundable and this amount will be deducted from the refund. All taxes and charges incurred during the return of the package must be covered by the customer.
